The App accesses device location data while the App is in use and, when enabled for an active tour, may continue to access location in the background.

– Play tour audio automatically when you are near a tour point.
– Show your position on the map during the tour.
– Help you find the start of a tour and navigate between points.
How location is handled:
– Location is used only to provide App functionality.
– Location is processed on-device during normal App use.
– Background location access is used only to continue tour guidance and automatic audio playback during an active tour.
– We do not sell your location data.
– We do not use location data for advertising.
2. Downloaded tour assets
The App downloads tour audio/content files from our storage service so they can be played in the App.
3. Diagnostics and technical data
We may receive limited technical information (such as error details) necessary to maintain service stability and fix issues.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only with service providers needed to run the App, such as hosting/storage providers, and only for providing App functionality.
Data Retention
Location data used for playback/navigation is not stored as a user profile by us.
Downloaded tour files remain on your device until removed by the App or by uninstalling the App.
Your Choices
– You can deny location permission in device settings.
– You can revoke location permission at any time in device settings.
– You can deny “Allow all the time” (background location). The App can still work with reduced functionality when not in foreground.
– If location permission is denied, some App features may not work as intended.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
